We’re a small business, and every item is thoughtfully handmade or curated with care — thank you so much for your patience and support!
Processing Time:
- For items in stock, please allow 3–5 business days for processing and shipping within the U.S.
- For items not in stock or made-to-order, please allow up to 4 weeks for production and shipping. We will notify you if your item requires additional time.
Shipping Rates:
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- We do not offer free shipping at this time.
Tracking & Delivery:
- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.
